The goal of this program is to provide the resources needed to implement cardiovascular disease and diabetes prevention and management services in the community pharmacy setting. These resources include pre-recorded and live continuing education materials covering disease state specific and business topics necessary to build successful and sustainable services. Additional resources include visit guides, service templates, and links to additional training and resource sites.
